501 -1000 contacts: medium
1000- 5000 contacts: large
5000+ contacts: extra large

Payment Manager: Including Credit Card processing with the eWAY Payment Gateway. Select and bulk update membership renewals
Membership API: Web service to distribute your active members to display on corporate site or third party application
Business Lead Manager: Online inquiry form matched to admin interface for staff to manage and distribute Leads to members
Trade and Media Contact Manager: Database to complement members where staff can Search, display and email T&M contacts. Record and list history

The fine print

Terms and Conditions for zLab's hosted Membership Solution: Database content is owned by the client. The client is responsible for ensuring all contact information collected conforms to relevant privacy laws.

The client can choose to cancel and download all data at anytime. The application remains the property of zLab Pty Ltd. All prices listed exclude GST this will be added to all invoices.

Standard setup payment terms: 50% deposit balance due on go-live. Monthly subscription fees can be paid annually in advance or on a month-to-month basis (billed in advance each quarter).

Fees are not refunded if a client chooses to cancel the service. Prices correct as at 1 June 2011, prices are reviewed every year. Fine print: *Disk space and traffic allowance apply.

Maximum document size is 20mb and a 20Gb cap applies to all content stored on our system. zLab Pty Ltd will discuss options to archive or increase capacity where individual organisations require more storage. ** Subscription fee is calculated by adding Trade and Media to member contacts.
